Yoga has become my teacher allowing me to see more similarities between each other, rather than differences. These lessons come from years of travelling with a yoga mat strapped to my back, to living in the thriving city of Toronto, and now enjoying the natural beauty of Squamish BC.
My teaching comes from the heart, creating a safe and inclusive environment for communities to gather. I incorporate elements of Vinyasa and functional movement, layered on my foundation of Ashtanga yoga. Join me on the mat for dynamic, breath driven, fluid flows. Through the union of movement and breath, I aim to hold space for my students to find their path through yoga, on and off the mat.
