Join Devon For a 4 Week progressive to help increase your hip mobility! We will use Mindfulness and mobility drills to open up hip range of motion, and or more stability in your hips so you can do a pancake without pain.

Devon started his practice in a restricted place with low range of motion, then he pushed hard into stretching and became excessively mobile leading to joint pain. So in this progressive you will learn what your body needs to open up your range of movement in a safe way. Wether you are very tight or very flexible and needing to develop stability in your end ranges, this is for you. 

Mindfulness and Mobility is a process, its an approach that is more malleable in nature. Its not the right way but it is a guide to learn what works for your body.

Handstand Focus

In Handstand classes, you will learn and practice movement patterns that complement your handstand practice. Handstand is a long-term goal, so this class is open to all levels. Just make sure that you have a goal to do a handstand one day.
