For those who feel more comfortable sitting on a chair, enjoy a full body practice that creates space in your joints, expands and settles your breathing and makes everyday, practical movements more fluid and comfortable. Great for all bodies, and especially helpful for those with movement limitations or some of the chronic conditions that can appear as our tissues age.

Build a toolkit for stability. Using the yogic principles of breathing and grounding, find ways to improve steadiness and security as you sit, stand and move through space. Great for those experiencing balance challenges, in these wintry months or at any time of year. A class for all ages and stages. We practice with both a mat and a chair.
