The sequence offers peaks but also valleys allowing different degrees of engagement. The intensity of overall workout is Yogi’s choice.

 

Morning Pick Me UP

😴 meditative, regenerative, chill // ⏳ 30

This early morning class consists of approximately 15 minutes of meditation followed by 15 minutes of gentle seated or reclined physical movements to start the day. The first portion will focus on the basics of mindful meditation and will incorporate elements of attention including breath, body, and intention setting. The second 15 minutes will include simple stretches and breath work aiming at getting the body to a state of awareness and relaxed readiness for the day. This class is offered during early hours of the day. Participants can join and live stream the class from the comfort of their bed. Having a pillow or blanket nearby is recommended.
