A delightful practice that flits and flows towards an arm balancing pose known as Firefly (Tittibhasana). We take heaps of time to systematically prepare wrists, shoulders, core, hip flexors, and hamstrings, while approaching lift-off with an easy-going attitude. Our practice is rounded out with a couple of dancerly backbends that both build-on and act as a foil to our peak pose. Includes a led Savasana. Props: a sturdy pair of blocks
