An upper and lower body tune-up that addresses shoulder and pelvic girdles and some of the stuff in between. This is an empowering, feel-good class that opens with the calming Chocolate Chip Cookie breath before moving onto some shoulder mobilization, self massage, and a few fun and unusual shoulder stretches.
