Blending rhythmic entrainment and body scans, allows us to deeply inhabit our individual body and our still, expansive awareness, simultaneously. The rhythms played in this practice are to entrain the mind to a Theta brainwave state (the brainwave state associated with deep meditation), which brings us effortlessly into our innate wholeness.
