Nada Nidra: Peace and Listening (Copy)

Inspired by a yogic technique called Nyasa, one of my favorite Yoga Nidra practices is placing words, symbols or mantras around the body. In this Nidra, we utilize the Sanskrit word 'Shanti' or Peace, and bathe the body in the resonance of the word Shanti. Resting and breathing in this immersive peace, we then explore open listening and receiving the contents of experience as the open presence of awareness.
