You will need the following props:
a yoga bolster or firm body length cushion from your sofa
a single yoga block or a couple of thick hardcover books
at least one cozy blanket to cover yourself and stay warm
four - five bath towels or pillows (or extra blankets)
an eye pillow or something to cover the eyes.
A note to Prenatal students: You may find the near the end of your pregnancy as your belly grows, that lying on your back doesnβt always feel excellent. If so, please enjoy the final savasana relaxation cocooned on your left side with lots of pillows and bolsters to support you.
