Supported Bound Angle Posture and Basic Relaxation Posture with Legs Elevated

Once you have watched the set up for both postures, continue into an uninterrupted 45 minute restorative extravaganza, with minimal talking, and enhanced by soothing tunes that will bring you into a deeply meditative state. Best enjoyed just before bed.

Props required:

1 block

4-5 blankets or combination of pillows, cushions and towels

1 firm bolster or firm sofa cushion. 1 eye pillow or scarf to cover the eyes
