Enjoy a W'All Levels yoga class that can be easily split up into two 30 minute practices to balance your day.

Part One: uses the reassuring stability of the wall to enhance sun salutations and variations of your favourite standing postures.

Part Two: moves away from the wall, and builds upon the movement patterns learned in part one.

Props required: A wall and a blanket or cushion for padding the knees.
