pilates: Happy Hips + Hamstrings

This class is designed to increase mobility in our hips and tend to our hamstrings, while incorporating a bit of core-work to help stabilize and support these areas. We'll move through targeted exercises for strength, as well as more fluid movements to breathe space and softness back into our muscles.
