Class begins with a talk highlighting the similarities between a good meal cooked in a slow-cooker, and a slow vinyasa flow. You’ll also learn how to make a croissant-shaped head support for savasana. Practice consists of 30 minutes of slow, simmering flow yoga, with a nice, long, legs-up-the-wall pose and savasana.
Props: lots of blankets! 1 minimum, (3 if you have them 😉)
