Vinyasa: Daily Practice

This is a modified and more accessible version of the daily sequence from the Ashtanga Vinyasa lineage. Practice includes dynamic sun salutations (A and B), most of the standing postures, and select seated postures taught without vinyasa in between sides. Practice ends with backbends, inversions, a short breathing exercise and savasana. After a 5 minute savasana you will hear ocean waves, indicating itβs time to close the session and enjoy your day!
