Vinyasa: Mandala in Motion

Todays practice requires us to create the structure of a mandala in our asana practice through 360 degree movement patterns which arc across the mat. Three distinct mandala patterns curve their way through our class, peppered with some strong core exploration and handstand work at the wall. Please note: for some part of class you will be facing away from the screen so you need to be comfortable adventuring around your mat!
