Feel prana flow like a river in this balanced practice that merges the swift with the more subdued. It offers 30 minutes of accessible flow yoga including some bigger stretches for the hips and hamstrings and a selection of quiet balancing poses, and 20 minutes of bliss in Mountain Brook Pose, one of our favourite restorative shapes whereby the body topography mimics the gentle rolling curves of an alpine brook.
