Bodyfullness is a body-centred approach to mindfulness acknowledging that the body is a process, not a product. We utilize oscillations or body vinyasa as they are sometimes called to drop deep into our tissues in a blissful all-level yoga practice. There’s a short talk to begin (which we do recommend watching as you get set up), practice starts at 3:20 which includes 6 peaceful minutes in savasana.
