Almost nothing beats a luxurious savasana. Healing, insightful and deeply nourishing this practice is needed by everyone, particularly if you have some resistance around being still and doing absolutely nothing! Grab as many soft things as you can find. I am using 3 blankets, a cushion and 2 blocks here but make do with what you have available in your homespace. Think cozy, soft and warm.
