A well paced practice that trains body, mind, and spirit. We open with targeted wrist and shoulder exercises and move onto a flowing sequence featuring both upper and lower body strengtheners, before exploring a series of standing poses that use the wall to dial up stability, core strength, awareness and challenge. Good for all levels but prepare to work hard. Props: dowel (or a wooden spoon) and blocks.
