A dynamic intermediate level flow class designed for experienced flow yoga lovers. Warming up with Sun Salutations A and B we journey towards the peak pose of side plank - exploring challenging balances, and flowing sequences along the way including the splits. Practice concludes fairly traditionally - with headstand and full wheel and a nice long savasana. No specific props are required for this class.
