Nicky is a pre and post natal educator, teacher trainer and birth doula and has supported folks through pregnancy and parenthood for over 15 years. She is known for skillfully weaving together both science and soul in her prenatal yoga classes. She is also a proud mom to two not so little ones ... Tai aged 14, and Kien aged 11.
