Filmed on the weekend before a city-wide lockdown, this engaging practice is all about locks (energetic locks or bandhas, that is) and lateral bends. We build slow and steady towards Gate Pose, Bound Extended Angle and Baby Visvamitrasana. The practice culminates in a novel pose called Uddiyana Banana, an exquisite supine side bend combined with The Flying Upward Lock. Props: none, though you may like to use a folded towel to pad sensitive knees.
