Warm the muscles with Sun Salutations and then play with three different shapes in the triangle pose pantheon including the black sheep of the triangle family - Parivrtta Hasta Padanghustasana. (Yes - This posture is as as tricky to do as it is to say but always a fun one to try). The active portion of todays class is just shy of 30 minutes long making it a perfect maintenance practice.
