An intermediate vinyasa sequencing which brings together seemingly unlikely posture partnerships into a unified whole. We will flow through crow pose and wild thing, arm pressure pose and full wheel, bird of paradise and headstand among others.

Physical practice starts at 4:30 after a brief discussion of the definition of yoga taken from the 14th century Yogabija text.

Two blocks are useful but not essential.
