This practice has a strong focus on breathing with some quiet moments for breath awareness at the start and close of the class. Anatomically we are looking at hip and shoulder extension, and opening up space through the front of the body which includes a luxurious stay in Supta Baddha Konasana (bound angle posture) to conclude. This is a lovely class if you are seated for long portions of your day.
