If you want to get upside down in a challenging vinyasa flow then this is the class for you. Work mindfully with the wall for addded support into some endurance building handstand progressions. Progress at your own pace towards peacock posture (aka forearm stand). Step by step instructions are given all the way and using the wall is encouraged and celebrated! This class integrates some spaciousness for personal practice.
