If it’s been a little while, this class will get you prepped and back to a handstand practice again. Work sensibly on the floor and in standing variations before taking it to the wall for supported versions of L Shaped Handstand. You’ll need healthy wrists and some upper body strength for this class, but some alternatives are given!
