Ditch the flow class and get back to the basics. This is a targeted 40 minute therapeutic style yoga practice that will strengthen quads, hamstrings + spinal muscles. Practice includes a guided savasana to release tension from the lower body. An ideal practice if you have been experiencing injury, for those new to yoga, or for folks who desire a slower inquiry into the mechanics of their body.

Props required: Wall, 2 blocks are optional
