A simple and complete yoga practice that embraces mindful transitions over the individual postures themselves. This class is taught with rhythmic and soulful cadence and is well suited for students of all levels. We will move together through progressions in lunge and warrior 3, and there is plenty of time to integrate in some favourite seated stretches. We finish with a full savasana.
