Our focus here is transferring our weight from a wide legged side lunge to a single leg standing posture. Delivered with clear instructions and a sense of playfulness, this three part flow incorporates sun salutations, standing postures and exploration of some body conditioning drills with the added challenge of light hand weights.

Props Required: 1 light hand weight (2lb +) and/or a yoga block
