Vinyasa: Feel Good Flow

Flow through 5 strong salutations, innovations on the traditional format of sun salutations - with the addition of squats, planks and press ups. We also sneak in some core strength and a long hold handstand at the wall to get some feel good endorphins circulating*. We'll balance the class with basic standing postures and conclude with a good savasana. Use the playlist to help you find rhythm, focus and rest.
*(I've recently learned through late night YouTube scrolling that some celebrity dermatologists add handstands at the wall into their three million step night-time beauty regime to help plump the skin and bring a good glow to the face - IβM SOLD! ππ).
Note: Class can actually be done free from any props. If you have the following things please have them nearby as they may be useful: Coregous Ball OR large weighted βslamβ ball (10lb), and a rolled up blanket
