A quiet and restful yin yoga practice - some favourites of mine including shoelace, frog and dragonfly are enhanced by practicing them with the wall. Thereβs a couple of lovely quadricep massage and release moments in there too. All practiced low to the ground of course, a simple and chill practice.
Youβll need a wall space - about 1.5 metres across, and a rolled blanket or towel, OR second yoga mat.
This practice is suitable for pregnant folks, but swap the seal posture (the backbend we practice lying down on the belly) for cat and cow.
