In this unbuttoned class, we turn the spotlight on the lower body, everything from the navel down. Get up close and personal with hips, hamstrings, and glutes in a practice that builds strength, length, and coordination. We meet the Goddess archetype throughout the practice. Includes a 5 minute led savasana. Optional props: two blocks and padding for the knees.
