Pilates inspired class all enjoyed on the ground. Side lying postures and bridges for hip and leg strength. A perfect practice for days when you'd rather just stay in bed but you know you'll feel better if you do a bit of movement. Yeah, I know you all know these kinda days.
A small blanket or pillow for your head will be useful both as a pillow, and for added warmth in savasana. Feel free to play your favourite music for the active portion of class.
