Restorative Yoga Deluxe. This practice is suitable for everybody but especially well suited to folks with low grade depression or anxiety. Each of three carefully selected restorative postures is held for up to 20 minutes. It is prop heavy, but please donβt be discouraged- it is well worth the effort to gather the following items:
2 bolsters (or firm cushions off your sofa)
1 eye pillow (or something soft to cover the eyes)
1 chair
1 strap
up to 5 blankets or a combination of 5 soft things such as blankets, pillows, soft bath towels
